How do I create a web account with Tibnor?

If you are already a customer of Tibnor, you can start using our customer portal once you have received your login information. To get your login details, you need to apply for this here. After you have submitted your application, we will send you the information within a few days.

I have questions about my delivery from Tibnor. Where do I turn then?

For those of you with an account in the customer portal, you can click on your name and then click on contact customer support. Then your question is sent directly to your personal sales contact. Alternatively, you can contact us via chat, email or phone and we will help you.

I have not received my order, what do I do?

I want to complain about a product I bought from Tibnor, how do I do it?

If you have an account in Tibnor's customer portal, go into order status, find out your order and then create a deviation report. It makes it easier if you send with a picture if it is an injury. Alternatively, contact us via chat, email or phone and we will help you. You can also log in to the portal, click on your name and click on contact customer support.

Invoice questions

Where can I see my latest invoice?

When you log in to My pages, you will find order status in the menu. There you can search by, order number, my order number and date. On each order, you can choose to download an invoice by clicking on documents. If you as an existing customer do not have a login to our customer portal, you can apply for it or contact us via chat, email or phone and we will help you.

Where do I turn with invoice questions?

Contact us via chat, email or phone and we will help you. For those of you with an account in the customer portal, you can click on your name and then click on contact customer support.

I need an invoice copy, how do I get it?

If you are logged in, you can search for invoices under order status. If you are not logged in, you can automatically apply for this here. Enter your invoice number and we will automatically send an invoice copy to the invoice recipient's e-mail address.

Supplier issues

Where should I send my invoices as a supplier?

Suppliers send invoices to autoinvoicedk@tibnor.com.

As a supplier I have questions, where do I turn?
